How to book with confidence with us

We are an independent, online agency and we operate in the UK on behalf of Italian property owners. We are covered by 'PayPal' and 'Stripe' which verifies our online business and provides us with a 'Verified & Secured' certificate which proves our legitimacy in accepting money online. All the Italian properties, which we work on behalf of, are insured and are fully covered and regulated in Italy.

1. Check availability & plan your holiday in Sorrento & Amalfi Coast. Use our 'availability search' to find the prices for the holiday rental of your choice.

2. We will endeavor to return your reservation enquiry or booking request within 2 hours. We will email you the availability and the total cost of your holiday rental.

3. If you decide that you would like to book, email us or submit the reservation request on the property page you have selected or contact us here. 

4. We will send you an invoice with the reservation details and how to pay the deposit in order to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable prior to arrival at the property. The reservation invoice email will give you the option to pay by bank transfer or credit card.

5. If you decide to book via credit card, click on the link on your invoice email and follow the simple instructions to pay using a secure, safe method. You can choose to pay by credit card or debit card. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX.

6. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a receipt of payment and confirmation of your booking.
