Ein Linienbus verbindet das Dorf mit dem nächstgelegenen Bahnhof in Vico Equense , 8 km entfernt (ca. 20 Minuten). Von dort aus fahren Direktzüge nach Sorrent , Pompeji und zu anderen wichtigen Reisezielen. Vico Equense bietet zudem einen schönen Strand. Dank seiner strategischen Lage in den Hügeln der Küste von Sorrent ist dieses Apartment ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um viele beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.
Das Il Pozzo Incantato liegt im charmanten Dorf Moiano und ist über den Haupteingang des Gebäudes zugänglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist vom Parkplatz aus über eine Außentreppe mit etwa 40 Stufen erreichbar.
Das Highlight des Anwesens ist die großzügige , 60 m² große Terrasse mit Esstisch, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill und Außendusche. Von hier aus genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Neapel und das Faito-Gebirge.
Im Inneren erwartet Sie eine helle, offene Küche mit angrenzendem Wohnbereich (25 m²) und moderner, einladender Einrichtung. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Doppelschlafsofa und direkten Zugang zur Terrasse (3 Stufen). Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, zwei Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einem Tisch mit Stühlen. Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über Klimaanlage/Heizung und einen Safe.
Es gibt zwei Doppelzimmer , die beide vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich sind.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer (13 m²) verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Klimaanlage/Heizung und ein Fenster mit herrlichem Meerblick.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer (11 m²) bietet Bergblick, Klimaanlage/Heizung und kann wahlweise mit einem Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet werden.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Toilette, ein Bidet und eine vollständig abgetrennte Dusche. Es ist vom Wohnbereich aus zugänglich.
Für maximalen Komfort und Flexibilität empfehlen wir die Anreise mit dem Auto. Gästen steht ein privater, umzäunter Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Für Wanderfreunde stehen ortskundige Führer für unvergessliche Ausflüge zur Verfügung, beispielsweise auf dem Götterweg (Pfad der Götter) , dem Wanderweg von Santa Maria del Castello nach Positano und Panoramawanderungen auf dem Monte Faito mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Great service by host. Afonso and Tonino were without a doubt the best hosts so far. We got vegetables and eggs from his garden and were constantly being cared for. Highly recommend this home.
This place is a real gem!
Alfonso is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. So kind, caring, thoughtful and proactive. From everything prior to check in where he provided looooads of information on activities and things to do. To picking us up from the town centre and guiding us to the airbnb. To giving us suggestions on things to do or local festivities during our stay and making sure we were happy and well on check out. Absolutely amazing venue! The views of moiano from this place are beautiful! And the house is owned by Tonino and his lovely family who are just exceptional people! Absolutely loved meeting with them and interacting with them. They even provided lots and lots of lego and toys for our little boys to place with. Which was super thoughtful! Other than the long long windy roads to get here and to Sorrento / Positano, this place is a real gem!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in all the hustle and bustle of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, then this is recommended. Spacious apartment and roof terrace where you can play football in a small village with amenities around the corner.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alfonso and Tonino with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our stay at Il Pozzo Incantato was nothing short of enchanting, making our time on the Sorrento Peninsula truly magical. Tucked away in a charming village, this hidden gem exceeded all expectations. As the sun dipped below the horizon each evening, we found solace in the apartment tranquil private terrance, where we spent most of the evenings dining and drinking whilst admiring the the bay of Naples. A great week of family vacations!
Moiano is a small village 20min drive from Vico Equense, 35mins from Pompei and 1h from Naples. We had a great stay, the apartment is very good and the owner very friendly. It allows you to visit all places within 1 hour's drive, from Naples to Amalfi, Capri from Sorrento. The view of the Bay of Naples is magnificent and the village spirit is very pleasant and with affordable prices for restaurants, pizzeria and shops.

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed. Tonino (the owner) was an amazing and welcoming and friendly host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to easily visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi coast towns. The roads around the entire Amalfi coast area are winding and narrow, but we adapted to it quickly. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the people in the village are friendly, and the apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. We can't say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area.
