Die Villa liegt an der Küste von Sorrent und wird Sie vom ersten Moment Ihrer Ankunft an verzaubern. Das Anwesen liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe von Massa Lubrense zwischen Sorrent und Positano und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines erstklassigen Ferienobjekts, darunter Klimaanlage/Heizung, Parkplatz und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 22 Personen in 10 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad und ist damit die ideale Unterkunft für große Gruppen von Familien und Freunden sowie für diejenigen, die in Sorrent oder an der Amalfiküste heiraten.
Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen und friedlichen Fischerdorf, in der Nähe der touristischen und eleganten Städte Sorrent und Positano, aber weit genug entfernt vom hektischen Treiben der Touristen. Die nahe gelegene Bucht bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke und viel Ruhe. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es drei Terrassen. Von der obersten Terrasse aus werden Sie sofort von der Weite des Meeres begeistert sein, das vor Ihnen liegt. Hier können Sie in den Hängematten entspannen oder im Schatten der Olivenbäume auf dem Rasen sitzen. Gehen Sie hinunter zur Hauptterrasse, wo sich ein Essbereich im Freien mit Grill, Holzofen für Pizza und einem Tisch für bis zu 22 Personen befindet. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool (11 x 3 Meter), der von April bis Oktober geöffnet ist, und einen Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Bucht von Marina del Cantone.
Auf der Hauptterrasse finden Sie außerdem Sonnenliegen, auf denen Sie die Sonne genießen, Ihr Lieblingsbuch lesen oder mittags ein Nickerchen machen können. Sie werden auf jeden Fall den höchsten Punkt der Hauptterrasse mit der atemberaubendsten Aussicht genießen wollen. Hier, nur ein paar Schritte von Ihrem Zimmer entfernt, finden Sie Tische, an denen Sie Ihren Morgen-Cappuccino oder einen Abend-Cocktail genießen können. Der Blick auf die Buchten des örtlichen Strandes und das Blau des Tyrrhenischen Meeres wird es Ihnen sehr schwer machen, von Ihrem Tisch aufzustehen. Aber warum sollten Sie das wollen? Trinken Sie morgens noch eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein aus der Region. Wenn Sie die ruhigen Strände der Gegend genießen möchten, ist die Villa nur 500 Meter entfernt und über einen Pfad von der Villa aus erreichbar. Sie ist auch nur zwei Minuten mit dem Auto oder Roller entfernt. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa entfernt gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie in etwa 45 Minuten nach Sorrent gelangen.
Die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss bietet eine sehr ähnliche Aussicht wie die Hauptterrasse und ist nur wenige Schritte von der Küche und dem Hauptspeisesaal entfernt. Genießen Sie hier Ihr Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen. Auf dieser Ebene finden Sie auch eine Bar und eine Lounge mit Satellitenfernsehen und bequemen Sofas, wo Sie internationale Nachrichten und Sportereignisse verfolgen können.
Das Anwesen verfügt insgesamt über zehn Schlafzimmer, alle mit Doppelbett, Flachbildfernseher, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Lampen und eigenem Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche, WC, Bidet und Haartrockner. Im ersten Stock befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer. Drei der Schlafzimmer haben Meerblick und öffnen sich zur Hauptterrasse. Eines dieser Zimmer mit Meerblick ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett ausgestattet … perfekt, wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich ebenfalls vier Schlafzimmer. Drei der Zimmer auf dieser Etage verfügen über eine private Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen weiteren spektakulären Blick auf das Meer und die Küste von Sorrent genießen können. Eines dieser Zimmer verfügt sogar über zwei private Terrassen.
Im Erdgeschoss bieten zwei Schlafzimmer einen atemberaubenden Meerblick … eine großartige Möglichkeit zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Das Personal der Villa steht Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung, um Ihre persönlichen Wünsche zu erfüllen, egal ob Sie ein romantisches Abendessen oder ein italienisches Familienessen planen möchten. Sie können Ihnen auch dabei helfen, Bootsausflüge nach Capri, an die Amalfiküste und nach Positano zu organisieren. Darüber hinaus können sie Tagesausflüge nach Pompeji, Herculaneum und zum Vesuv organisieren (gegen Aufpreis). Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt.
Kleinere Reinigungsarbeiten werden täglich vom Personal der Villa ohne zusätzliche Kosten durchgeführt. In der Villa gibt es einen Aufzug, der Sie zu allen Ebenen bringt, sowie einen Rollstuhlzugang zur Hauptterrasse. Die Villa wird ein Ort der Unterhaltung, Entspannung und fantastischer Erinnerungen sein.

Perfect summer vacation for our 4 family trip
Villa Delizia was the perfect Amalfi Coast vacation for our group of 20. We were 4 families each with 3 - 4 teenage/ 20 something kids. Everything Carmine did for us from start to finish was perfect. He and Alfonso are wonderful hosts. I will start with booking the trip. After we picked Villa Deliizia, Carmine worked with us putting together excursions, chefs, boats, & drivers. He offered many activities, and we told him how many people would do desired excursion and on what dates. On some days, we had some of our party going one way and others of the party going another. Carmine arranged everything so each day was hassle free. Next, the Villa. The pictures are accurate. The villa locations is a dream. The villa is very clean and appropriately stocked for 20 with such things as towels. The grounds are lovely with parking for at least.4 cars. The 20 of us (8 adults, 12 teenagers ) fit very comfortably in the Villa. Location; The villa sit on a mtn side and is a 10 minute walk to the waterside with boat rentals, umbrella covered beach, and restaurants. Nerano is off the beaten path, good energy but not overcrowded. A few nights we just walked down the hill to dinner, sea side. Nerano was a slice of authentic Italy. We tried to go back in 2020, but the pandemic made its mark. We are now trying to book again with Naples Villas! We cant say enough good about them!
Rooms with views: a stunning retreat
The villa offers superb views, plenty of living spaces, indoors and outside, to suit the different needs of our group of 19, and a wonderful pool and spa. Its idyllic location, in a small seaside village with delightful restaurants and easy access to buses and boats, adds to its charm. Combine that with the friendliness of Francesca, the availability of Carmine to organise transport requests, etc and the beautiful weather, and a great time was had by all. The villa offers superb views, plenty of living spaces, indoors and outside, to suit the different needs of our group of 19, and a wonderful pool and spa. Its idyllic location, in a small seaside village with delightful restaurants and easy access to buses and boats, adds to its charm. Combine that with the friendliness of Francesca, the availability of Carmine to organise transport requests, etc and the beautiful weather, and a great time was had by all. However, I do provide the following advice: ask approximately how many days the electricity quota will cover, as we needed to pay quite a bit extra even though we switched off the air conditioning for several days in a large area.

Amazing! Wish we could go back tomorrow. Plenty of room for all 19 adults. Everything we requested from private dinners to bands and tours were above and beyond.
81 year old matriarch
Our family of 15 just returned from staying at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. Francesca and her staff worked very hard to keep the villa immaculate! Everyone enjoyed the wonderful and delicious breakfast,fantastic pizza party, and anniversary meal prepared by her. I can’t say enough about Carmine! He made all the arrangements for our tours, meals at restaurants, and anything we asked him to do...always with a smile. Everyone he hired to help us was as pleasant and efficient as he was. We highly recommend you stay at this villa.
Wonderful Family Trip
My extended family of 15 just spent two weeks at Villa Delizia celebrating my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have had a more wonderful time. The combination of indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our multi-generational group with plenty of places to lounge, eat, play cards, dance and have a generally great time. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed by all. The location of the Villa is excellent with many locations within walking distance and even more accessible by boat at the marina down the hill. We are particularly grateful to Carmine (villa manager and concierge) who booked excursions, reserved restaurants, got us drivers, guides and taxis - everything we needed. We were also very impressed with Francesca and her team that kept the Villa spotless and helped with onsite meals. Her attention to detail and flexibility with our group was much appreciated. If you are considering a trip to the Amalfi Coast, I highly recommend this location. It is less crowded/more peaceful than other locations, yet in close proximity. We easily took day trips to Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Naples, Pompeii and more. You can also be comfortable knowing that the Villa is as beautiful in person as the photos suggest and the onsite support is impeccable. Thank you Carmine, Francesca and team for a wonderful vacation! I hope we can return someday.
Perfect Vacation
Our extended family (15 people) just completed an absolutely wonderful two week stay here. The villa is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for both shared activities and privacy. The multiple outdoor terraces and pool are beautiful and all offer stunning views. The villa is updated and Francesca and her staff keep it immaculately clean each day. We also loved the quiet location- very relaxing but also very accessible to all the attractions of the Amalfi coast. The beach and a number of wonderful restaurants can be easily reached via a brief ( if somewhat steep) 10-15 minute walk. We also took advantage of many of the services offered by the Villa Delizia team, including a pizza cooking party and a wonderful anniversary party meal including many local specialties. Carmine, the villa manager, was incredible, arranging multiple day trips, outings, restaurant reservations, and transportation for groups large and small. He was extremely flexible and responsive to our needs throughout our entire stay, and his recommendations for activities were fantastic. He really helped make the trip something special for us all. We are so grateful for the time we spent at the Villa Delizia and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable trip!
It was a true pleasure to have you all at our property. We hope to welcome you again in the future!
"We all dearly miss"
My now wife and I stayed here during our destination wedding and I'm so glad she found it. Our entire family (12 adults, 1 child) stayed here for around a week very comfortably. We made copious use of the hot tub and loved walking down to the quaint city at the bottom of the hill. Waking up to the sound of crowing roosters rather than cell phones is a feeling we all dearly miss.
"The most amazing villa in a stunning location"
Not sure where to begin. This is such a beautiful place to stay. We were here for 3 weeks, and the size of the villa with so many different terraces and entertainment areas meant that we always had somewhere to go, no matter what the weather, no matter that there were 20 of us-the villa just accommodated us all. Highlights- Carmine, the Villa Manger was super efficient; Francesca, Vittoria and their team were incredible. The villa was immaculately clean. the pizza oven was a huge success; being able to walk to the beach where there were so many restaurants all serving delicious food; taking boats from the beach to spend the day exploring The Amalfi coast and Capri. I could go on. This was simply fabulous.
BEAUTIFUL, INCREDIBLE!
My husband and I booked this villa for our wedding! We spent the entire week there with our closest family and friends and had our wedding ceremony at the villa overlooking the Amalfi Coast. It was beyond what we could have hoped and dreamed for. It was just absolutely stunning! The entire villa caters to you in every way - the rooms are perfectly set up. The infinity pool, hot tub, kitchen, family room - everything was perfect! We keep dreaming of being back there. The town of Nerano is just as cute and perfect and getting around to other parts of the Amalfi is very easy (by car or by boat). Thanks for Francesca and her family for being so helpful with anything we needed and any questions we had. I highly recommend for anyone to stay there! We had a magical time! xx Elya

Our party of 17 all loved the villa with all it's different terraces and areas to explore and hang out. The view of the bay was stunning and it was really interesting to watch all the superyachts visiting the bay.
