Villa Gelsomina ist eine wunderschöne, neu renovierte Privatvilla mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 130 Quadratmetern, die bis zu 7 Personen Platz bietet. Sie verfügt außerdem über einen 500 Quadratmeter großen Privatgarten, einen privaten Swimmingpool, einen Pizzaofen, einen Grill, Klimaanlage/Winterheizung (in Küche/Esszimmer, Flur und Hauptschlafzimmer), Satellitenfernsehen und WLAN-Internetzugang.
In der Villa Gelsomina sind Sie etwa 200 Meter vom Dorfzentrum entfernt, wo Sie Bars, Pizzerien, Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel finden. Der öffentliche Bus bringt Sie zum nächsten Bahnhof, von wo aus Sie einen direkten Zug nach Sorrent und Pompeji nehmen können. Wenige Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt finden Sie ein Restaurant, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (200 m) und die Bushaltestelle nach Vico Equense und zum nächsten Strand (ca. 8 km entfernt). Von der Villa Gelsomina aus können Sie den berühmten „Pfad der Götter“ erreichen und dann den 40-minütigen Spaziergang nach Positano unternehmen.
Villa Gelsomina ist über eine Auffahrt und eine Treppe (ca. 10 Stufen) erreichbar. Für einen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa empfiehlt sich ein Auto, das Sie auf dem Gelände auf einem reservierten und sicheren Parkplatz abstellen können. Es gibt auch einen Fußgängerzugang von der anderen Seite der Villa über ca. 12 Stufen.
Vom Terrassenbereich, der dem Fußgängerzugang am nächsten liegt, können Sie die Villa durch eine Tür zum offenen Küchen-/Essbereich betreten. Hier finden Sie ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Garten, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen und einen Fernseher. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage/Winterheizung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Gasherd mit vier Flammen, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen, einem Wasserkocher, einem Toaster, einer Spüle, einem Geschirrspüler und einer Klimaanlage/Heizung. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett.
Vom Terrassenbereich, der dem Parkplatz am nächsten liegt, können Sie die Villa durch doppelte Terrassentüren betreten. Hier finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (für den 7. Gast kann ein zusätzliches Bett aufgestellt werden). Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage/Heizung und einen Kleiderschrank. Es gibt auch ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette.
Vom Küchen-/Essbereich aus gelangt man über einen Flur zu zwei der drei Schlafzimmer und zum Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (in dem ein zusätzliches Bett für den siebten Gast aufgestellt werden kann) verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, einen Kleiderschrank und Doppeltüren, die auf die Terrasse führen. Es gibt auch ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster und zwei Einzelbetten (die auf Anfrage zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können). Auch dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über Doppeltüren, die direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Garten bieten. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Hydromassagedusche, ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette.
Um zum dritten Schlafzimmer zu gelangen, müssen Sie etwa 15 Innenstufen in den ersten Stock hinaufsteigen. Hier finden Sie zwei Einzelbetten (die auf Anfrage zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können), ein hohes Fenster und Doppeltüren zu einer kleinen Terrasse. Von hier aus können Sie den Blick auf die Berge genießen, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und ein Glas Ihres Lieblingsgetränks genießen.
Der gepflegte, private Garten ist 500 Quadratmeter groß und wird teilweise von einer Pergola beschattet – perfekt auch für einen Yoga-Urlaub. Der Garten verfügt über einen privaten Swimmingpool (8 x 5 Meter und 1,40 m tief), der von Mai bis November verfügbar ist, und eine Außendusche zum Abkühlen beim Sonnenbaden und Genießen der Bergsicht. Es gibt auch einen Grill und einen wunderbaren Holzofen für Pizza, der in den Stein gebaut ist, sodass Sie bei Ihrer Pizzaparty im Freien speisen können. Der Garten ist mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet.

The villa is near Sorrento and offers a lovely combination of comfort and location. Its highlights include a private pool, a well-maintained garden with a pizza oven, and spacious, air-conditioned rooms. We enjoyed scenic views and proximity to attractions like Vico Equense and the "Path of the Gods." While a car is recommended for convenience, the access to public transport is a plus. The property seems ideal for relaxing family vacations or a getaway with friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sofia

Lovely villa with stunning garden and views of the hills
Villa Gelsomina is a superb converted building that has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated . We were welcomed by the kind and delightful Alfonso and his wife who brought us a beautifully wrapped plateful of Italian biscuits from a patisserie in Vico Equense. Alfonso is wonderfully friendly and is happy to help whenever we needed him. He organised taxis for us and helped us communicate with the owner . The owner of the house was also immensely welcoming. He waters the lawn and garden daily and looks after the pool. He also helped us light the pizza oven and guided my son on making the pizzas. He brought us homemade wine. He was a legend! He also sorted out a hot water problem within an hour of reporting it. The villa is stylish and includes tasteful decorative elements such as tiles up the stairs , and on the patio areas. The villa sits in beautifully manicured garden with tasteful lighting (that comes on at 7pm) and a newly built pool that lights up at night. The garden includes a covered area , the cover being kiwi groves and another covered area with vines / grapes hanging down. There are clay pots of lemons. There is a fig tree with amazing ripe figs (great with Gorgonzola) and at the bottom of the garden grow tomatoes of many types (think delicious tomato and mozerella salads); The villa is in a small but lively village - Moiano- in the hills overlooking the Vico Equense coast . The house looks onto the hills but not the sea. The village is a really warm and friendly place with helpful and welcoming shop owners and people. We used the supermarkets a lot and they were not only well stocked but sold local products brought in by local farmers. We bought local cheese (mozzarella is delivered daily) , and other fresh produce. There is a small cake and bread shop near by and this sells bread but has usually sold out very quickly. It also sells cakes - sometimes ; these are nice and include the lemon delight- a famous Italian dessert made from local lemons and cream ! The actual villa had most things we needed, the kitchen was well stocked , it had some basics - oil , salt , vinegar, dishwashing tablets and washing up stuff along with washing liquid. There is a washing machine and a clothes horse. There is remote controlled air conditioning in each room that is very effective! The bathrooms are well appointed. The flat was impeccably clean when we arrived. There are 3 pizzerias in Moiano though the nearest- Cuore do Pizza is opposite and is excellent and god value compared to UK . There is a fish restaurant Il covo del Buongustaio near by. All are friendly and good quality. The fish restaurant has wonderful views. Moiano is a 30 mins bus ride from Vico Equense. The buses come about half hourly. You can also walk to Positano but it is a trek and it is a tough climb to get back without a car. Vico Equense is a pretty town that has very pretty beaches and lots of restaurants and independent shops. We liked it more than Positano as it felt more real, is not as busy and the prices don’t feel like you are being ripped off. The village Moiano is quite isolated and a car would be helpful though we managed fine on the buses. Not having a car did make our trip more relaxing but as a result we probably did less sightseeing. Alfonso was a pleasure to deal with. He even left us olive oil as a parting gift. We would definitely use Naples villas again. The best holiday rental firm we’ve ever used.
Great place to stay
The Villa is in a very good location with beautiful views and excellent accommodation. It was nice to have so much pretty outside space, including the pool to relax in especially with children. When we arrived there was a bowl of fruit and fresh cakes on the table. Our host was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcome. I only wish we could have stayed for longer…but we will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gelsomina’s villa. She was very responsive and helpful with any queries. The location was fantastic, with convenient local shops and restaurants. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The garden was a lovely touch, and the private pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. While car hire was essential to explore beyond the village, climbing Mount Vesuvius and visiting Herculaneum were unforgettable experiences. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!— Debbie & Family
This was an incredible place to stay.
The hosts were delightful and right next door. They welcomed us with treats and fruit. The views are gorgeous, the garden is lovely and the house is clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

The very nice house in a great location was the starting point for wonderful hikes in the spring mountains. Garden and pizza oven were used intensively. Everything is great!
