Il Pozzo Incantato est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade entre amis, en couple ou en famille, en quête de détente et de tranquillité loin de l'agitation. L'appartement est situé en plein cœur du village, à deux pas des bars, pizzerias, commerces et transports en commun.
Un bus local relie le village à la gare la plus proche, à Vico Equense , à 8 km (environ 20 minutes). De là, vous pouvez prendre des trains directs pour Sorrente , Pompéi et d'autres destinations importantes. Vico Equense possède également une belle plage. Grâce à sa situation stratégique sur les hauteurs de la côte sorrentine, cet appartement est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir de nombreux sites touristiques populaires.
Situé dans le charmant village de Moiano , l'appartement Il Pozzo Incantato est accessible par l'entrée principale de l'immeuble. Il se trouve au deuxième étage et est accessible par un escalier extérieur d'une quarantaine de marches depuis le parking.
Le point fort de la propriété est sa vaste terrasse de 60 m² aménagée avec une table à manger, des chaises, des transats, un parasol, un barbecue et une douche extérieure. De là, vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable sur la baie de Naples et les montagnes de Faito.
À l'intérieur, vous découvrirez une cuisine ouverte lumineuse sur un salon (25 m²) au mobilier moderne et accueillant. Le coin salon comprend un canapé-lit deux places et un accès direct à la terrasse (3 marches). La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-linge, réfrigérateur-congélateur, deux plaques électriques, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire et une table avec chaises. Cette chambre dispose également de la climatisation réversible et d'un coffre-fort.
Il y a deux chambres doubles , toutes deux accessibles depuis le salon.

La chambre principale (13 m²) dispose d'un lit double, de la climatisation/chauffage et d'une fenêtre offrant une belle vue sur la mer.

La deuxième chambre (11 m²) offre une vue sur la montagne, la climatisation/le chauffage, et peut être aménagée avec un lit double ou deux lits simples.
La salle de bains comprend deux lavabos, des toilettes, un bidet et une douche entièrement fermée. On y accède depuis le salon.
Pour un confort et une flexibilité optimaux, nous vous recommandons de venir en voiture. Vous bénéficierez d'un parking privé et sécurisé.
Pour les amateurs de marche et de randonnée, des guides locaux proposent des excursions exceptionnelles, comme le Sentier des Dieux , le sentier reliant Santa Maria del Castello à Positano, et des randonnées panoramiques sur le Monte Faito surplombant la baie de Naples. You are the best!
Great service by host. Afonso and Tonino were without a doubt the best hosts so far. We got vegetables and eggs from his garden and were constantly being cared for. Highly recommend this home.
This place is a real gem!
Alfonso is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. So kind, caring, thoughtful and proactive. From everything prior to check in where he provided looooads of information on activities and things to do. To picking us up from the town centre and guiding us to the airbnb. To giving us suggestions on things to do or local festivities during our stay and making sure we were happy and well on check out. Absolutely amazing venue! The views of moiano from this place are beautiful! And the house is owned by Tonino and his lovely family who are just exceptional people! Absolutely loved meeting with them and interacting with them. They even provided lots and lots of lego and toys for our little boys to place with. Which was super thoughtful! Other than the long long windy roads to get here and to Sorrento / Positano, this place is a real gem!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in all the hustle and bustle of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, then this is recommended. Spacious apartment and roof terrace where you can play football in a small village with amenities around the corner.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alfonso and Tonino with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our stay at Il Pozzo Incantato was nothing short of enchanting, making our time on the Sorrento Peninsula truly magical. Tucked away in a charming village, this hidden gem exceeded all expectations. As the sun dipped below the horizon each evening, we found solace in the apartment tranquil private terrance, where we spent most of the evenings dining and drinking whilst admiring the the bay of Naples. A great week of family vacations!
Moiano is a small village 20min drive from Vico Equense, 35mins from Pompei and 1h from Naples. We had a great stay, the apartment is very good and the owner very friendly. It allows you to visit all places within 1 hour's drive, from Naples to Amalfi, Capri from Sorrento. The view of the Bay of Naples is magnificent and the village spirit is very pleasant and with affordable prices for restaurants, pizzeria and shops.

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed. Tonino (the owner) was an amazing and welcoming and friendly host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to easily visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi coast towns. The roads around the entire Amalfi coast area are winding and narrow, but we adapted to it quickly. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the people in the village are friendly, and the apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. We can't say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area.
