Il Nespolo est un appartement privé récemment rénové, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, situé dans les belles collines de la côte de Sorrente. Il Nespolo est stratégiquement situé au cœur de la côte de Sorrente, qui est bien reliée à de nombreuses destinations touristiques populaires. L'appartement mesure 105 mètres carrés et dispose d'une grande terrasse privée de 120 mètres, d'un bain à remous privé, de la climatisation, du chauffage d'hiver, d'un accès Internet WI-FI et d'une place de parking sécurisée.
À Il Nespolo, vous serez à environ 100 mètres du centre du village de Moiano (commune de Vico Equense), où vous trouverez des bars, des pizzerias et des magasins. L'arrêt de bus public se trouve juste en face et vous emmènera à la gare de Vico Equense (en environ 20 minutes) d'où vous pourrez prendre un train direct pour Sorrente, Pompéi et Naples. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare se trouve la plage la plus proche (à environ 8 km de l'appartement). A quelques minutes à pied de Il Nespolo, vous trouverez un restaurant, une épicerie (150 mètres). Du parking à l'entrée de l'appartement, il y a 18 marches.
Il Nespolo est un appartement privé, spacieux et accueillant. Dans le salon/salle à manger ouvert, il y a une table à manger avec six chaises et une cuisine. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz à quatre feux, d'un four électrique, d'un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et d'un grille-pain. Il y a aussi une petite buanderie avec un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. Il Nespolo dispose de trois chambres doubles : une avec un lit double king-size, une avec deux lits jumeaux ou un lit double (sur demande) et une avec deux lits jumeaux. La chambre principale est climatisée et dispose d'une télévision. Il y a également la climatisation dans le couloir qui rafraîchit les deux autres chambres. À côté des chambres, il y a une véranda avec une table et des chaises. Il y a une salle de bain avec une cabine de douche, des toilettes, un lavabo et un bidet.
Il Nespolo dispose d'une grande terrasse privée de 120 mètres carrés avec table, chaises, parasol et trois chaises longues. Vous pourrez également profiter de la vue sur la mer au loin. Il y a un jacuzzi privé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (4 adultes et 2 enfants), disponible de mai à octobre, ainsi qu'une douche extérieure pour se rafraîchir pendant les longues et chaudes journées d'été. Le jacuzzi mesure 0,73 mètre de haut et 1,93 mètre de diamètre.
Si vous possédez une voiture, vous pourrez la garer en contrebas de l'appartement dans un emplacement de parking sécurisé.
Pour les amateurs de marche et de randonnée, des guides locaux peuvent vous accompagner lors de belles promenades telles que le Sentier des Dieux, une promenade à Positano depuis Santa Maria del Castello et de superbes promenades dans le paysage du Monte Faito avec vue sur la baie de Naples. By Car: As you leave Naples Airport, take the motorway (in italian "autostrada"). Take the A3 motorway following the direction of Salerno-Reggio Calabria. Go straight as if you are going to Salerno. You should see a sign which indicates the Penisola Sorrentina (it is Sorrento). You will then reach pay toll gate on the A3 motorway. You will need to pay € 2 before continuing your journey.
There are several exits: Ercolano, Torre del Greco, Torre Annunziata, Pompeii. After Pompeii, you will arrive at a junction (on the right) for Castellammare di Stabia. There is another pay toll gate but you do not have to pay here.
Follow the signs for Sorrento. You have to pass through two big tunnels. Continue to follow the directions for Sorrento. At a certain point, there is also a sign for Vico Equense.
You will arrive at a fork in the road. Follow the signs for Vico Equense, from this point, there are 7 kms to the property. Ignore any other detour and follow the main road up to Moiano.
By Train: Arrive at the Napoli Centrale Station of the Ferrovie dello Stato "Piazza Garibaldi" and take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento, which links Naples to the Penisola Sorrentina every 30 minutes. You can reach the Circumvesuviana trains at the Napoli Centrale Station via the internal subway. Tickets cost about € 3. From Naples to Vico Equense, the journey lasts about 1 hour. From here, you can arrive at the property by the "Circolare Sinistra" Circumvesuviana bus, which links Vico Equense to Moiano.
By Plane: The airport of Napoli Capodichino is about 50km from from the property. The most comfortable and cheapest solution to reach the Penisola Sorrentina from the airport is the bus service by the Curreri company, which links the airport with Vico Equense (Piazza Kennedy) and Sorrento by six daily buses. Take the bus at the "Arrivals" exit of the airport. The journey to Vico Equense lasts about 1 hour. From here, take the "Circolare Sinistra" Circumvesuviana bus to Moiano.

Thanks again for a wonderful week.
We had a wonderful stay here, and Alfonso was crucial to the success of our vacation. Having rented a car for five days, we packed in day trips throughout the week to places like Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Amalfi, and Positano. Without Alfonso's continued communication and helpful advice on sites of interest, restaurants, and places to park, we might not have been able to manage it in the time we had. When we arrived, admittedly late, Alfonso greeted us with a smile and showed us everything we needed to know about the property, also welcoming us with a refreshing drink and local treat! The house was comfortable, immaculately clean, and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast there each morning and prepared dinner a couple nights. When returning to the house, we felt at home and comfortable, and we enjoyed beautiful views from the terrace, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night. We highly recommend a stay here, and we'd love to return!

Il Nespolo est un logement très sympathique et pratique, proche de la Côte amalfitaine, de Naples, Pompei. parfait pour visité et rentrer se détendre dans le jacuzzi. Il y a des magasins, bar, restaurant et bureau de tabac a proximité. Il y a également un arrêt de bus proche de l'appartement qui descend à vico equense (toute les heures environ), et permet de rejoindre le train pour Naples et Sorrento. Merci encore à Alfonso et aux propriétaires vraiment très attentionné.

Great apartment in wonderful Italian village. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re seeking peace away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Our group of six was comfortable even with one toilet. Alfonso provided gift for our two guests that was celebrating a graduation and birthday. The apartment is lovely and provided a home away from home. The terrace was amazing; the hot tub works great. We had everything we needed within walking distance. I grew up in Seattle so I appreciated the access to public transportation, especially being in the middle of the mountains; we got to Vico and Sorrento easily by bus and train. We made sure to patronized the local village for all our groceries, morning cafe and wine needs. From local wine to fresh pasta, seasonings, fresh ribeyes, clothes and toys - the village provided all. One highlight was a local taking my daughter and I to Positano trailhead. Host met us for check-in which was a Godsend!
Beautiful apartment with amazing views
We stayed at Il Nespolo for a week in May 2024. The apartment is very clean and spacious with 3 good bedrooms, lounge and well equiped kitchen. Outside there is a hot tub and the most amazing views over the Bay of Naples. In the village there are a number of lovely restaurants shops and bars. There is public transport available at a bus stop at the end of the road, but we hired a car to use for the holiday for more flexibility. All the major attactions along the Amalfi are within easy reach including Sorrento, Naples and Pompeii. There's allocated parking just across the road. Anna, the host and Alfonso our accommodation manager looked after us very well. Overall i would highly reccommend Il Nespolo as a base for anyone visiting this fantastic area.
Vacanza in costiera
Sono stato con la mia famiglia ( 4 adulti) in vacanza in costiera a Luglio 2023. Abbiamo alloggiato a Moiano presso il Nespolo. Abbiamo trovato una piacevole accoglienza da parte del sig. Alfonso, che poi ci ha seguito e consigliato per tutta la vacanza. L'abitazione era pulita, ampia, ben arredata e attrezzata. La terrazza è il punto forte della location, con una bella la veduta. Accanto alla residenza abitano i proprietari, molto gentili, presenti e discreti, ad ogni momento si può chiedere anche a loro informazioni e consigli. Abbiamo così visitato la costiera nel modo migliore e non ultimo mangiato meravigliosamente bene. Moiano è un bel paesetto tipico, con tutti i servizi utili, fuori dalla confusione della costiera. Grazie per la bella vacanza. Ermanno e famiglia.
Bunocore family and Alfonso
This was by far our favorite place we have stayed in the area. Anna and Cetto are a wonderful couple with a fantastic family. They treat you like family if that is your desire (and we learned my great grandmother had the same sir name as Anna-Cinque; so we may just be). The place is comfortable and relaxing. Not too big or small. It was a short walk to town so it allowed us to walk daily and really get familiar with the people of Mioano. Everyone was kind and friendly. Alfonso was always available when needed. Look forward to future stays. Thank you for great memories in the village we love.

Alfonso was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We asked for recommendations and always got what we asked for🙏🏻 The place is beautiful, you can watch the sunset from your yard which is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, which is a great addition to the whole place. The yard is big and beautiful, with enough place to lay in the sun, grill or just spend time with your family. There are grocery shops, a bakery, pizzeria nearby, a few minutes walk. Nice and friendly neighborhood, our son found a few boys to play football with :) I highly recommend Alfonso and any of his properties, one of the nicest hosts we had 🌺

Alfonso’s place was amazing. At first I was skeptical because the apartment was nestled in the mountains. Then I realized that is was the best location possible. An easy drive to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Menori and Maiori. These small towns are “pescatori” towns and access to beach is limited. The apartment is located about 5 miles from Vico Equense town. It is a nice beautiful city, with young locals around, families, etc. I booked this place because my daughter wanted to visit Pompeii. This is the best booking to visit Pompeii. I did not need to drive far because just above, on the top of hill, (10 minutes drive or bus) you can take a “Cablecart” (10minutes) down hill to a Naples train station get a train (10 minutes 3 stops) to Pompeii’s main entrance. Also, at the top of the hill, just below the “Cablecart” there is a restaurant with a magnificent view of the whole peninsula. The food was exquisite. The Restaurant’s name is “Belvedere Monte Faito”. I would say, with confidence, that the food here was much better that on the Amalfi coast. I will stay in Alfonso’s place again. His hospitality was amazing and the owners welcome us with join and beautiful energy. The apartment also had a private orchard, and I was able to have some fresh tomatoes and eggplant. Our neighbors, who have their private vineyard gave us a bottle of white wine made by themselves. What a treat! Nice neighborhood with private parking.

The villa was lovely and clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Alfonso was the perfect host and met us promptly when we arrived and also when we checked out. He was very helpful with lots of useful tips for exploring the area. We tried some of the restaurants he suggested which were fantastic! The new hot tub is amazing and we used it every night. We enjoyed the patio area even though it was a bit cold in the evenings! Definitely get a small car when staying here as the roads are crazy and very narrow!! It's the perfect location for exploring Sorrento, Positano and Pompeii. There are some lovely places and beaches to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
