Esta es una villa exclusiva ubicada entre Sorrento y Amalfi en un pueblo llamado Nerano. Nerano es un pueblo pesquero tradicional en el distrito de Massa Lubrense, una ciudad muy conocida situada en el punto más alejado de la famosa península de Sorrento y se encuentra a solo 1 km de la playa de Marina del Cantone.
Esta villa de 4 dormitorios ofrece un pequeño rincón de paraíso que hará que su estancia en la zona de Sorrento sea inolvidable. Es un lugar ideal para unas vacaciones en familia o con un grupo de amigos. Con sus impresionantes vistas al mar, es perfecta para unas vacaciones relajantes en la playa.
La villa tiene 4 dormitorios y 4 baños y puede alojar hasta 9 personas. Cuenta con una amplia terraza panorámica, una piscina al aire libre (7 x 4 metros) y un solárium, donde podrá leer un buen libro mientras escucha el canto de los pájaros. Una parte de la terraza ofrece la sombra de un pórtico con mesa y sillas: el lugar ideal para disfrutar de una buena copa de vino y admirar la espléndida puesta de sol que precede a la noche.
La planta baja de la villa es completamente independiente y se accede a ella mediante 24 escalones. Hay un bonito salón y comedor, una pequeña cocina, 1 dormitorio principal y el baño más grande con bañera de hidromasaje. En el exterior, la terraza tiene vistas al mar con una zona de estar al aire libre, donde se puede admirar la vista. Es posible añadir un sofá cama doble adicional en el salón para acomodar a más invitados.
Hay 17 escaleras que conectan la planta baja con el primer piso. Aquí encontrará un increíble comedor con una gran terraza con vistas a la bahía. En la villa encontrará un área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, un pequeño baño con una pequeña ducha. Una cocina bien equipada que ofrece todo lo que necesita está disponible en esta planta. Desde la cocina, se accede a la zona del jardín donde encontrará una barbacoa.
15 escalones conectan el primer piso con el segundo piso, donde se encuentran los otros 3 dormitorios. Dos de los tres dormitorios son dobles, uno de los cuales tiene baño privado. El dormitorio principal doble tiene una terraza privada con una vista increíble de las islas Galli. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama francesa. El baño con ducha es accesible desde el pasillo. Todas las habitaciones y el salón están equipados con TV vía satélite y Sky y conexión a Internet Wi-Fi gratuita. Todos los baños están equipados con secador de pelo.

“What a wonderful place”
My family and I have just returned from a great week at Villa Beatrice. The villa itself is a beautiful place, perched above Marina del Cantone beach, at the end of a quiet lane. You're not too far from the best bits of this beautiful coastline, but away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa is beautifully maintained with plenty of outdoor space. If you have members of the family who want their own space then there is the annex on the lower floor that has everything they need. Tony, the owner, keeps in contact and ensures you get the most out of your stay. He just wants you to love this area as much as he does. And it shows. He organised a lovely welcome meal with a chilled bottle of Prosecco on the main terrace overlooking the Med, it was just the ticket after our journey. Whether it's restaurant bookings, transfers or excursions, Tony will know the people or the place to make sure you have a great time. We loved our time there and will undoubtedly go back. If you want to enjoy this part of Italy I couldn't think of a better place to rent.

Nerano is a bit out of the way and still there are Michelin stars restaurants in the area. The reason is the proximity to a wonderful beach, the location between Sorrento on one side and Positano on the other and the views of the Med waters and Capri. The rich and famous come daily to Nerano with their yachts. The villa is beautiful, convenient and Tony the owner is very helpful and friendly. He is a very connected Local and he made us feel as locals, personally introducing us to restauranrures, shops, beach clubs etc. Tony attended to all our needs. Rosaria kept the villa sparkle daily. Our family of 10, ages 8 months to 75 years had the best time!
"BEAUTIFUL VILLA, STUNNING VIEW, SUPERB SERVICE"
Located 1.5 hours from Naples, 30 minutes from Sorrento and 30 minutes to Positano. 1km downhill to beach - a leisurely 15 minute walk to Joanna's beachfront restaurant became our go-to for lunch. Villa Beatrice, nestled in the hills with breathtaking views of the ocean, has 3 bedrooms in the main upper level and a separate 1 bedroom suite apartment on the lower level accessed from outside; 1 double bed per room comfortably sleeping 8 - the mattresses are very firm. 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 on main level and 1 in apartment, showers are a tight squeeze. A kitchen is provided in both main and lower level. The unheated pool is above ground nestled among olive trees. Tony, the owner, checks in daily - by text, calling or popping by. He only wants you to have a good time and to be HAPPY. Whatever he needs to do to accomplish this goal is his sole purpose. Tony and his network of friends and connections work to accommodate your every wish. Pizzeria Aurora, located in Sorrento’s beautiful main square and owned by Tony’s friends, is a great place to have a delicious meal, indulge in great wines and Limoncello, take in a concert in the Square or just hang out and people watch. Sorrento is stunningly beautiful at Christmas and decorated out of a Hollywood movie. Our family of 6, children ages 9, 12, 16, 18, brought in the New Year 2015 and although the weather wasn’t as warm as we’d hoped, there was something to do for everyone. How beautiful to see clementines and lemons in harvest - hanging from the trees and those Mediterranean flowers still in bloom. A car or hired driver is strongly recommended unless you plan to stay put! But then, staying put at Villa Beatrice is a wonderful way to experience Italian hospitality!
