Se trata de una espléndida y luminosa villa independiente de dos plantas situada en la ladera de Sorrento, a quince minutos en coche del centro de Sorrento. La villa tiene 300 metros cuadrados (3229 pies cuadrados) y puede alojar hasta 11 personas. Desde esta propiedad, podrá disfrutar de impresionantes vistas al mar y a la costa de Sorrento. Esta hermosa villa cuenta con piscina privada, amplias terrazas privadas con vistas al mar, acceso gratuito a Internet "wifi", aire acondicionado y calefacción de invierno en todas las habitaciones. La propiedad también se puede alquilar para grupos grandes en ocasiones especiales, como bodas, reuniones familiares y eventos especiales. Si tiene un grupo más grande, hay otras villas disponibles cerca (a 5 minutos en coche) con tarifas especiales.
La villa está situada a unos 700-800 metros de la carretera principal que conecta Sant'Agata sui due Golfi con Sorrento. La carretera que lleva a la villa es adecuada tanto para coches pequeños como medianos. La entrada te lleva directamente al salón, donde hay un cómodo sofá y la oportunidad de relajarse junto a la chimenea. El salón es grande, hermoso y está bien amueblado con mesas, sillas y atención al detalle. Dos de los sofás se pueden convertir en camas individuales. En el salón hay puertas correderas que dan acceso a la zona exterior y al patio. El patio es lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar una mesa larga con capacidad para 12 personas. Hay mucho espacio al aire libre, por lo que hasta 20 personas podrían cenar "al aire libre". El hermoso jardín tiene una superficie de 500 metros cuadrados y ofrece fantásticas vistas al Vesubio, a la isla de Ischia y a la bahía de Nápoles. También se proporcionan muebles de exterior.
Desde el salón también se accede a la cocina totalmente equipada que cuenta con una isla con horno y fogones en el centro y puertas para acceder al patio y admirar las impresionantes vistas al mar. Frente a la puerta de la cocina hay un lavadero con fregadero doble, lavavajillas, lavadora y armario de cocina con cacerolas y platos. También hay una plancha y tabla de planchar. Junto a la cocina hay un comedor con horno de pizza y parrilla. También hay un baño con ducha. Para acceder al segundo piso hay aproximadamente 25 escaleras con barandilla. Los cuatro dormitorios se encuentran en esta planta, en el lado izquierdo del largo pasillo. Cada uno de los 4 dormitorios tiene su propio baño privado (3 tienen ducha y 1 tiene bañera y ducha). Dos de los dormitorios tienen camas dobles y 2 de los dormitorios tienen camas que se pueden convertir en camas dobles o individuales. Se puede añadir una cama adicional a uno de los dormitorios. Cada dormitorio tiene su propio acceso a la gran terraza que tiene espléndidas vistas al Vesubio, Ischia y la bahía de Nápoles.
Desde la planta baja se accede a la terraza exterior. La piscina es elevada (6,30 metros de largo x 4 metros de ancho x 1,45 metros de profundidad). La zona de la piscina dispone de solárium y está equipada con mesa, sillas, sombrillas, tumbonas y duchas exteriores. Desde la piscina podrá disfrutar de una maravillosa vista de Sorrento, la bahía de Nápoles y el Vesubio. La piscina está abierta desde principios de mayo hasta octubre.
En la villa, estarás a unos 7 km (4,5 millas) del centro de Sorrento, donde encontrarás restaurantes, tiendas, transporte público, la playa y el puerto turístico. El restaurante más cercano a la villa está a 5 minutos en coche y la parada de autobús SITA (ruta Amalfi - Sorrento) está a 800 metros de la villa. Necesitarás un coche para alojarte en esta propiedad. Podrás aparcar hasta 4 coches en las instalaciones, de forma gratuita, en un espacio de aparcamiento seguro.
Sant'Agata está a unos 5 minutos en coche de la villa, donde hay una buena vida nocturna y excelentes restaurantes, incluido Don Alfonso (chef 2* Michelin). ¡Pídanos que le reservemos una mesa! Para aquellos huéspedes que aman caminar, hay un sendero que los lleva al centro de Sorrento en aproximadamente 30 minutos. This was one of the best vacations ever!
The villa has one of the most beautiful views so swimming in the pool felt like paradise. Close to many beautiful destinations. One of our most favorite was Sant’ Agata. What a quaint town. Most of all our host Carmine did not disappoint! He arranged the best trip to Capri and also recommended some of the most delicious restaurants. The true icing on the cake was the wonderful meal he prepared and the delicious pizza he cooked up! He truly was a terrific host and we cannot wait to return! Grazie molto Carmine!
"Just a wonderful memorable holiday!"
It is now a week on from leaving the villa and we are definitely having withdrawal symptoms! I could nit-pick and find some minor faults but that is to be expected with self-catering - too many people expect hotal levels of accommodation, which is unrealistic. The villa was very spacious, clean and reasonably well-equipped. All the rooms opened out on to the breathtaking views and that was brilliant on its own. However, what wins for us was its location, location, location! First, its hillside location afforded the most amazing views over Sorrento and across the Bay Of Naples to Vesuvius. At night, this view lit up to leave us mesmerised. It was just great to stand in the pool, leaning on the side and looking down on this sight. Amazing! Then it was the proximity of the villa to everything you need. It was very close to Sorrento and just a 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stops and the wonderful little town of Sant 'Agata. This town has everything you might need including some of the freshest food shops and some great restaurants. We did have a car throughout our stay, which was useful with two teenagers in tow. However, if it was just the two of us we wouldn't have needed a car. With the buses so close, you can literally get anywhere on the bus or train, and very cheaply. If its just a relaxing time in a villa that you need then you certainly won't need a car as everything is in such easy reach. Having said all of that, don't be under the impression that the villa is near a noisy road or town. This villa was in one of the most quietest locations. It is not near any busy road, no noisy neighbours or in a noisy town. The only noise you have to contend with is that rising up from Sorrento a mile away below, but even that was fascinating, to listen to the town at night and hear the buzz of its nightlife. If walking is your thing then, again, its a great location, smack on a walking route, with Sorrento one way and Sant Agata the other. If going, pick up a walking map from the excellent tourist office in Sant 'Agata. The pool at the villa was just great. It wasn't huge but big enough for a swim. Just to jump into the pool after a hot and sweaty day out at Pompeii was second to none. We made full use of the pool and it was used to the full every day. Then we get to Carmine. A great character who will ensure your stay is great. He will organise almost anything. On our arrival he arranged for a car to pick us up (free!) to take us to a restaurant for lunch, which had this fantastic view across to Capri. The driver was the restaurant owner who then took us back to the villa after lunch. Carmine organised two special events. Firstly he cooked us a wonderful meal full of the local flavours with enough to last us for the following evening. It was the best! Then he organised a private boat trip around Capri with a guy called Antonio. This was a very memorable day, regularly stopping for a swim in the sea and taking us close to all the Grottos. Finally, Alfonso did a great job for us. His communications were quick and full of the information that we needed. He suggested this villa. We were a bit dubious at first, and it was a little over our budget, but we are glad we went with his advice. Just a wonderful memorable holiday in a great country where the locals were friendly, helpful and fun!
"Everything was fabulous!!"
We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was beautiful with unbelievable views. Carmine was terrific. He made sure every detail was perfect and was a wonderful host (and great chef !) Everything was arranged for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. We visited Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento and Salerno. One of the highlights was a visit to Tramonti where we had a special visit with Gaetano, toured his vineyard and had a wonderful lunch with his family. The other was a visit to a family owned Mozzarella factory where my family made our own Mozzarella ! Overall a fabulous time and highly recommended !! Thank you Alfonso and of course Carmine
"The villa was perfect!"
The villa was perfect and the way we were looked after by Carmine was fantastic. We booked boat trips, restaurants, home cooked dinners and Pizza Parties all through Carmine who could not have been more helpful. A truly relaxing way to spend two weeks in Italy and celebrate my 50th birthday and wedding anniversary with family and friends.

Just back from 5 Nights at Villa Giuliapina! The pictures on the website do not do it justice! The view of the ocean and Mt. Vesuvuous were spectacular as was the inside of the villa. We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room. We can't thank Carmine enough for his outstanding service from the many many questions I had before arrival to all that he arranged for us..... boat to Capri, reservations and transport to Don Alfonso (not to be missed) grocery shopping and the FABULOUS dinner he and his wife Alessandra prepared for my daughters 18th birthday it was so delicious we ate the leftovers for breakfast!!! Carmine checked in with us daily to see what we needed he even came over at 10:00pm when I blew a fuse! The vacation wouldn't have been the same without him! I highly recommend the villa you will not be disappointed with the villa or the exceptional service. We hope to be able to return again.
"Spacious and clean villa"
Very spacious accommodation for 8 persons, great view of Sorrento Bay, easy 10 min walk to the boutique town of San Agata for restaurants and supplies, more strenuous hike down 350m to Sorrento, or 20 min drive. Carmine cooked us a wonderful typical Italian dinner for us, and arranged all trips to restaurants and sight seeing on little notice, he is an amazing guy.
"Lovely villa"
My extended family and I stay at this villa for a week in July 2015. The villa was lovely and spacious. All the pictures were representative of the villa. The view from the villa was beautiful and it was very nice to have lots of windows to take advantage of the view from nearly every room in the villa. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate our family of 4 adults and 2 children. My only word of caution is the road leading to the villa. I was not prepared for how steep and narrow the road would be. Besides the difficult driving situation, we had a wonderful and relaxing time in Sorrento. It is a beautiful area and we had the opportunity to take some side trips to Positano, Capri and Pompeii. A wonderful trip and very nice accommodations.

They kept the villa and grounds immaculate and gorgeous flowers everywhere lovingly tended. The swimming pool & terraces were elegant and kept well with spectacular views. We enjoyed their company immensely and they greatly enhanced our experience of local Italy. Pina also found my 600$ prescription sunglasses I inadvertently left behind and gave to the last departing member of our family, a hugely appreciated "save"! The villa was beyond our expectations and the photos on the internet don't do it justice. It is a little piece of Heaven! To make it even more special. The day we arrived from a long 24 hours of travel, Carmine cooked for us and made us feel at home. We had Carmine cook for us 2 more times, finishing with a feast you will find no where else on the Amalfi. Squash blossoms and involtini to die for! Our trip would not have been the same without this local experience and food. We plan to come back to the villa and can't wait for more of Carmine hospitality and cuisine! The villa itself is a treasure with mid-century Modern Italian architecture, decoration and tile. Local tiles from the Amalfi are throughout the house. The views are stunning. We highly recommend this Villa to anyone traveling to Amalfi coast.
