Un autobus locale collega il paese alla stazione ferroviaria più vicina, quella di Vico Equense , a 8 km di distanza (circa 20 minuti). Da lì, è possibile prendere treni diretti per Sorrento , Pompei e altre destinazioni importanti. Vico Equense offre anche una splendida spiaggia. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica sulle colline della Costiera Sorrentina, questo appartamento è una base ideale per esplorare numerose attrazioni turistiche.
Situato nell'incantevole borgo di Moiano , l'appartamento Il Pozzo Incantato è accessibile dall'ingresso principale dell'edificio. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano ed è raggiungibile tramite una scala esterna di circa 40 gradini dal parcheggio.
Il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà è l'ampia terrazza di 60 m² attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo, sedie, lettini prendisole, ombrellone, barbecue e doccia esterna. Da qui si gode di una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli e sul Monte Faito.
All'interno, troverete una luminosa cucina open space e un soggiorno (25 m²) con arredi moderni e accoglienti. La zona soggiorno dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale e accesso diretto alla terrazza (3 gradini). La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavatrice, frigorifero/congelatore, due fornelli elettrici, forno a microonde, tostapane, bollitore e tavolo con sedie. La camera è inoltre dotata di aria condizionata/riscaldamento e cassaforte.
Ci sono due camere matrimoniali , entrambe accessibili dal soggiorno.

La camera da letto principale (13 m²) è dotata di letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata/riscaldamento e una finestra con una splendida vista sul mare.

La seconda camera da letto (11 m²) ha vista sulle montagne, aria condizionata/riscaldamento e può essere allestita con un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli.
Il bagno è dotato di due lavandini, un WC, un bidet e una doccia completamente chiusa. Vi si accede dalla zona soggiorno.
Consigliamo di arrivare in auto per il massimo comfort e flessibilità. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di un parcheggio privato e recintato.
Per gli amanti delle passeggiate e dell'escursionismo, le guide locali sono disponibili per escursioni incredibili come il Sentiero degli Dei , il sentiero da Santa Maria del Castello a Positano e le escursioni panoramiche sul Monte Faito con vista sul Golfo di Napoli. You are the best!
Great service by host. Afonso and Tonino were without a doubt the best hosts so far. We got vegetables and eggs from his garden and were constantly being cared for. Highly recommend this home.
This place is a real gem!
Alfonso is hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. So kind, caring, thoughtful and proactive. From everything prior to check in where he provided looooads of information on activities and things to do. To picking us up from the town centre and guiding us to the airbnb. To giving us suggestions on things to do or local festivities during our stay and making sure we were happy and well on check out. Absolutely amazing venue! The views of moiano from this place are beautiful! And the house is owned by Tonino and his lovely family who are just exceptional people! Absolutely loved meeting with them and interacting with them. They even provided lots and lots of lego and toys for our little boys to place with. Which was super thoughtful! Other than the long long windy roads to get here and to Sorrento / Positano, this place is a real gem!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in all the hustle and bustle of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, then this is recommended. Spacious apartment and roof terrace where you can play football in a small village with amenities around the corner.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alfonso and Tonino with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our stay at Il Pozzo Incantato was nothing short of enchanting, making our time on the Sorrento Peninsula truly magical. Tucked away in a charming village, this hidden gem exceeded all expectations. As the sun dipped below the horizon each evening, we found solace in the apartment tranquil private terrance, where we spent most of the evenings dining and drinking whilst admiring the the bay of Naples. A great week of family vacations!
Moiano is a small village 20min drive from Vico Equense, 35mins from Pompei and 1h from Naples. We had a great stay, the apartment is very good and the owner very friendly. It allows you to visit all places within 1 hour's drive, from Naples to Amalfi, Capri from Sorrento. The view of the Bay of Naples is magnificent and the village spirit is very pleasant and with affordable prices for restaurants, pizzeria and shops.

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything that we needed. Tonino (the owner) was an amazing and welcoming and friendly host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to easily visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi coast towns. The roads around the entire Amalfi coast area are winding and narrow, but we adapted to it quickly. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the people in the village are friendly, and the apartment is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. We can't say enough great things about this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting this area.
