Casa Floriana is perfect for a family or small group of friends wanting to enjoy the delights of the area including Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri Island.
Located in Sant'Andrea, less than 10 minutes drive to the centre of Vico Equense, a coastal town in the Sorrento Peninsula, Casa Floriana is a private, two bedroom apartment.
Recently refurbished, the apartment is 65 metres squared and is approximately 15 minutes drive to the beach of Vico Equense in the heart of Sorrento Coast.
Casa Floriana is 100 metres from the main road along a single track. Here, you can relax in a peaceful and panoramic area. The apartment has satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning/heating. Casa Floriana boasts a patio with beautiful sea views where you can dine 'al fresco' using the BBQ or soak up some sun on the sun loungers. It also has a terrace area, offering shade from the hot summer sun and an outdoor shower to cool off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave and a dining table. The kitchen also has access to the terrace/balcony. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and window.
The two bedrooms are large with warm furnishings. The main bedroom has a double bed and access onto the terrace/balcony where you can enjoy stunning sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed, on request. Here you will also find a window, making the room light and airy. In this bedroom, an extra single bed can be added on request (extra cost may apply).
Casa Floriana has secure, gated parking at the property. A car is advised but the bus stop is just a five minutes' walk away. Here you can take the bus to Vico Equense and from here, you are only 20 minutes by train from Pompeii and Sorrento. Also, just five minutes from the property, you will find a pizzeria/restaurant and local shops.Vico Equense’s coast offers lovely beaches with clear water and all the equipment you need to soak up the sun! The town has two ports: Vico Equense and Seiano, from where you can take the hydrofoil, to Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and Positano. Both ports are accessible by local buses. Vico Equense also offers some of the best restaurants in the Sorrentine peninsula. Furthermore, from here you can explore the surrounding hills and mountains including the enchanting Monte Faito.

Very nice location, with a great view.
The host is very friendly and always responsive. The little touches on arrival are very pleasant. The location for the car is a real plus for the area. (a few maneuvers to be made but nothing prohibitive).

Superb apartment that I really recommend! It was super well placed, we enjoyed magnificent sunsets on the terrace. Possibility to go down to the village downstairs by foot if you are not afraid to go up the hill on the way back! I recommend a thousand times. We loved our week at your place!
Breathtaking views of the surrounding lemon trees and olive groves
Our stay at Casa Floriana was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of a quaint village, this charming villa offered us an authentic taste of Italian countryside living. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owners, who made us feel right at home. In the afternoons, we took leisurely strolls through the village, exploring its narrow cobblestone streets and charming piazzas. And when we wanted to unwind, the villa's tranquil private terrace offered the ideal spot to relax with a good book and a glass of local wine. Overall, our time at Casa Floriana exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return! Our first time in Italy
We had an amazing time and staying at Casa Floriana was the highlight. Incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Vesuvius. Management and owner were very attentive and hospitable. The location is very tranquil and peaceful. It's up in the mountains but close to the major area attractions. My family and I appreciated that the region was all Italian-speaking residents and not touristy. Walkable to the local market and several restaurants. We left relaxed as soon as we arrived. Loom forward to staying there again.
Felt right at home
We were very well received at Casa Floriana. The apartment is spacious, clean and very conveniently located for visiting the area. The view of the Bay of Naples is beautiful. We had a pleasant stay and we recommend this rental.

The view is amazing, but it's not that easy to get there. Very narrow streets. All tourist locations can be reached by bus, train or boat. Some nice restaurants within walking distance.
