Third-party suppliers and private tour guides providing products or other services on this website or offered by Naples Villas are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Naples villas. Naples Villas is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct of any such suppliers or private tour guides or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from or otherwise arising from your booking of a product or service or your use of a product or service. 8. TERMINATION
Naples Villas or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from Naples Villas site, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the "Materials"). Naples Villas may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
9. JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the UK, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Except as otherwise described, all materials in this site are made available only for informational purposes. Naples Villas makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
