The apartment measures 60 square meters and features a private panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, the Bay of Naples and the mountains, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

Il Pozzo Incantato is perfect for a group of friends, a couple or a family who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in the center of the village, where you will find bars, pizzerias, shops and public transport. The public bus will take you to the nearest train station which is 8 km away in a town called Vico Equense (about 20 minutes). From there you can take a direct train to Sorrento and Pompeii. In Vico Equense there is also a beach. You will find this place very well located for its strategic position in the heart of the Sorrento coast which is well connected to many popular tourist destinations.

Il Pozzo Incantato is located in the town of Moiano (beautiful hills of the Sorrento coast) and the apartment is accessed from the main entrance of the building. The apartment is located on the second floor which is accessed by an external staircase of 40 steps from the parking lot.

There is a large and beautiful terrace of 60 square meters. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, a parasol, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the Bay of Naples and the Faito mountains.

There is an open plan kitchen/living room (25 m²) with modern and warm furniture. In the sitting area there is a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace. There are 3 steps leading from the sitting area to the terrace. The kitchen has a table and chairs and is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, 2 electric hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle. The room also has a window with a view of the terrace. The kitchen/living room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. There is also a safe.

There are two double bedrooms accessible from the living room. The master bedroom (13 square meters) has a double bed, a window with sea views and air conditioning/heating. The second double bedroom (11 square meters) has a window with mountain views and air conditioning/heating. The bed configuration in the second bedroom can be double or twin.

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a toilet, a bidet and a fully enclosed shower. You can access the bathroom from the sitting area.

We recommend you to use a car to stay in this apartment. If you have one, you can park it in a reserved parking space in a closed area. If you wish to park your car in a garage, this will be possible upon request (additional charges apply). We recommend you to use only a medium or small size car.
