Two bedroom holiday villa for up to 4 people with private pool on Sorrento Coast and Amalfi Coast
This is a beautiful holiday home located between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. It is 60 metres squared and can accommodate up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms. The property is immersed in vegetation surrounded by olive and citrus trees.
The villa is well located as it is halfway between Sorrento and Positano – making it the perfect place to make the most of the local sights. It is ideal for day trips to Sorrento, which is 8km away, Positano, 11km away, and all along the Amalfi Coast. Its position means that you can also visit Pompeii and Naples. There is the wonderful beach of Alimuri which is just 5km from the property in Meta’ di Sorrento. Along this beach road, there are also many delicious ‘trattorias’ where you can sample the local Italian cuisine.
The property has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and taste. All the internal space is located on the ground floor level. There is an open plan living/dining room with a kitchenette which has a dishwasher and all the essentials you need. Here you will also find a TV, a sofa and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a utility room with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are two stunning double bedrooms which are both ensuite with a shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and access into the garden. There is also a third bathroom with a shower.
From the open plan living/dining room, there is direct access to the wonderful garden where you can dine ‘al fresco’ whilst enjoying the fantastic sea view of the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Ischia and Procida in the distance. The decked area has a dining table and chairs as well as sofas and armchairs to enjoy an ‘aperitivo’ before dinner or a post-dinner drink whilst enjoying views of Sorrento and the sea. There is even a BBQ. All the outside space is private and there is also shade during those long, hot summer days. The private swimming pool (6 metres long by 3 metres wide and 1.20 metres deep) is available from April to November, offers a wonderful opportunity to cool down and sunbathe on the sun loungers provided.
A car is recommended and if you have one, you can park it in one of the two allocated parking spaces. One of the spaces, for larger vehicles, is approximately 100 metres from the public road and approximately 150 metres from the villa. There is a 'short cut' on foot to the villa. The second parking space, for smaller vehicles, is along a narrower, private drive and is approximately 20 metres from the villa. Close to here, there is the swimming pool and 17 shallow steps to access the property. There is a ramp, which can be used for luggage, instead of the steps. There will be someone on hand to help you carry your luggage along the footpath.

By Car: Whether travelling from north or south, exit the A3 Naples-Salerno motorway at Castellamare and follow the signs for the Penisola Sorrentina / Sorrento. 750 metres after the square in Meta di Sorrento, turn left in the direction of Positano and continue for a further 2 miles, until you come to the sign for Positano/Amalfi.
By Air: From Naples Capodichino Airport (38 miles away), take the A3 Naples-Salerno motorway at Castellamare and follow the signs for the Penisola Sorrentina / Sorrento. 750 metres after the square in Meta di Sorrento, turn left in the direction of Positano and continue for a further 2 miles, until you come to the sign for Positano/Amalfi.
By Sea: From the pier Beverello di Napoli (close to the Municipio Square) take a ferry or hydrofoil to Sorrento. At the port of Sorrento take a taxi to our address or get to Piazza Tasso and from there take the bus to Positano - Amalfi (Bus SITA) and get off at Colli San Pietro. You can also contact our staff in advance to book transfer service from the port.
By Train: From the Central Station in Naples Piazza Garibaldi of Ferrovie dello Stato (where the trains to and from major cities in Italy arrive), you can take the local train called Circumvesuviana for Sorrento. It departs daily every thirty minutes. Get off in Piano di Sorrento. From there take a taxi to our address, or take the bus and stop in Colli di San Pietro, or simply contact our staff in advance to book transfer service from the train station.

Absolutely stunning villa
Will definitely be returning. Lovely and clean and great view. Very friendly and helpful owner . Highly recommend this villa so much to do and see with Sorrento only 15 minutes away.
Perfect house for a family trip
We stayed at the villa for 1 week while travelling trough Italy. We had the most wonderful time. The house was very spacious, clean and in real Italian style. But ofcourse the lovely view from the terrace outside was our favorite place to sit. We enjoyed the pool very much where the kids could play freely. We ate at Zio Sam (a nice restaurant at the end of the street) a few times and all the people are so nice. The villa is very private which was nice, but you need a car to get somewhere. We were travelling with a Peugeot 3008 and parking at Casa Nunzia was no problem (we even had a roof box). Google sends you through very small streets at the end but if you navigate to Zio Sam, you will drive in from the other side and this is much easier. From the villa we made trips to Capri, Positano, downtown Sorrento and Vico Equense and this was all in small distance. Nunzia is such a nice lady, as is here family who helped us with all our questions. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend a stay when you visit the Amalfi coast.

The house on the hill has anything you need and more. The beds and bathrooms are very comfortable, the seating area on the deck is very nice and then the view it can’t be matched. We visited Positano, Capri, and many beaches in Sorrento. Everytime it was lovely to go back to the little casa and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful place.
Absolutely beautiful villa in stunning and peaceful surroundings
The villa was immaculate and has everything you could need for a break away, whether you want a quiet time chilling, or a base to visit the beautiful surrounding areas. There are plenty of seating areas, a pool, barbecue, pizza oven. It’s in an excellent location for visits to Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi coast, Ravello, quick train ride to Pompeii etc. Nunzia the manager of the villa is so lovely and is so responsive if there is anything you need, to make sure your stay is perfect. We would 100% recommend staying here. Oh and the views from the villa are amazing. Thank you Alfonso and Nunzia for letting us share your amazing villa and land. We had a great time and saw some gorgeous places in our week in your beautiful country.
Lovely Location
A beautiful, relaxing location and a charming villa. The fireflies at night time were spectacular and an unexpected bonus. Fantastic view over the Bay of Naples from the villa, even though the pool was a bit chilly at the end of May! A great break and a villa worth visiting.
We had a lovely stay at Nunzia's place.
The place is beautiful, quiet, independent. It was very nice to go home after a day of sightseeing. We were hosted very well. Alfonso had given us all the necessary information and Nunzia was always attentive to meet our possible needs. The highlight of this place is the beautiful terrace.

Beautiful house with a private pool and parking. the house is beautifully located among orchards and olive groves. Situated in a natural, mountainous area with many possibilities both locally but also within a short driving distance. Very welcoming and hospitable family. We highly recommend it to others and will definitely return

Lovely and clean villa with everything you may need and beautiful views. Alfonso was extremely helpful throughout our visit, answering all questions rapidly with extra information always provided. We would recommend a car for this location as it is out of town. Zio Sam is a 5-minute walk from the villa and is a beautiful family-run restaurant with amazing food we had the pleasure of witnessing Napoli win the league with the Zio Sam family. The villa comes with lots of your own outdoor space and a swimming pool which is perfect for relaxing! We recommend Nunzia’s place highly! Thanks again for having us and hopefully we see you again in the near future.
Peace & Quite beyond expectations
So when we booked 2 ½ years ago we thought Covid would really scupper our plans, it did but the service from Naples Villa’s was exceptional - so much so that we finally got to use the facility this past week (September 2022). The property pictures do not do the villa justice, presented was an absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean two bed three bath hideaway. The house is situated within a big olive grove at the top of the hill with fantastic views of the Bay of Naples and the lights of Sorrento. You cannot hear any street noise as the grounds are well set back from any main roads. The owner’s house is situated a short drive from the gates where the main parking space is also found and you then climb 3 flights of stone steps through the olive grove or a snaking driveway. The house is far larger, with a kitchenette, sofa, dining table & 4 chairs, the kitchenette has everything you need in terms of cutlery and crockery, plus a gas hob and small counter top grill/oven with kettle etc. Off the main room there is a utility and a great shower room. There are 2 double bedrooms, with both having plenty of hanging space.There is a beautiful and extensive wooden deck outside with wicker sofa, chairs and table for relaxing, plus a dining area with a BBQ for use by those staying in the property. We never got to use the pool with such weather but again presented very well. The views down to Piano de Sorrento and Sorrento itself are totally outstanding. We had a great week and Nuncia was always available to assist in any way required. Great communication prior to our arrival from Alfonso which made finding the best kept secret location easy.
We had a wonderful stay at the villa
The hosts were friendly and attentive. The house was fabulous for 2 couples and the outside space really nice. The pool was a nice respite after day trips. The drive up to the villa is tight but doable with a small car. The rooms were spacious. We loved being up in the hills.
