The villa is a beautiful property which is located in the centre of Sorrento. It is approximately 450 metres squared it sleeps up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms and features a private pool, patio, air conditioning and WIFI internet access. The villa is perfect for groups of family or friends who are looking for a central base to visit the local sites. It is also well-situated for those getting married at San Francesco cloisters in Sorrento.

The villa has recently been refurbished and has a private spa with a Finnish style sauna and a hot tub with a chronotherapy light shower. The private fitness centre, with Technogym equipment, has also been renovated.

As you enter the villa, you will find an open plan area, comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. The spacious and stylishly furnished living room is an ideal place to relax - reading, listening to music, watching TV and conversing with your friends and family. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. The dining room has a large table and dining chairs. There is a also a music room and study. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor dining area so you can enjoy drinks and dine 'al fresco'.

There is also a mezzanine level from the ground floor which has a second reception room and a second dining room with a fireplace. Here there is also one of the 6 double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Below the ground floor, you will find the spa with the sauna and hot tub and the private fitness centre along with the laundry area and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a lift which takes you up to the third floor where you will find 4 more double bedrooms. There is the 2nd double bedroom (beds can be separated) which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. There is also the 3rd double bedroom (beds can be separated) with a bathtub and a separate shower. There are also the 4th and 5th double bedrooms which share a bathroom with a bathtub.

The 6th double bedroom is located in the annex which is 45 metres squared and is located below ground and accessed via 12 steps. The annex has an independent access and is equipped with all the comforts such as air conditioning, WiFi and a TV. There is a kitchenette which has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and oven. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the lounge area, there is a double sofa bed to accommodate the 14th and 15th guests.

There are approximately 280 metres squared of outdoor space. The beautiful above ground pool, which has been recently refurbished, is the perfect place to cool off on long, summer days. There is a new decking area with sun loungers and a patio with aBBQ.

The property is situated in Sorrento’s most exclusive residential area and is less than a 10minute walk to the lively and colourful town centre. Here you will find some of Sorrento's most renowned restaurants, trattorias and bars with menus priced to suit all pockets in the vicinity. Public transport, car rental offices, tour meeting points, shopping areas and major banks are all within a close distance. Therefore, you do not need a car to stay at Villa Bellissima but if you do have one, you can park it securely inside the villa's gates. There is enough space for two small-medium sized cars.
