This is a splendid and luminous two-story villa located on the coast in front of the island of Capri. It sleeps up to 28 people in 12 ensuite bedrooms. From the villa you will enjoy a breath-taking view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Located only 15 minutes by car from the sea front between the bays of Naples and Salerno, this villa is an ideal location for weddings, visiting the beaches, Sorrento, the local Islands and the Amalfi coast.
The villa is 400 metres squared and features 12 ensuite bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating, wooden burning oven for pizza parties and WI-FI Internet access.
At the villa, you will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus (Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line). You will find a grocery store 1.5 km away (roughly 1 mile). You can reach the property from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at this villa you will need a car, which you can park free of charge on the premises.
This villa provides a typical example of the Mediterranean, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the perfect places for cooling down on summer days. The garden is 2000 metres squared (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden, you will also find a children's play area. From the garden, you can experience a splendid view of the sea. The swimming pool is 8 metres (26 feet) wide and 12 meters (39 feet) long, and between 20 centimetres (8 inches) and 2.2 metres (7.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower.
By the pool, you will also find a bathroom, which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The pool is open from the middle of April until the middle of October.
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. The terrace is 150 metres squared (1615 square feet). You can access it from the kitchen by going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. The terrace is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
The patio is 50 metres squared (540 square feet) and is shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you can enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool, the garden and the sea in the distance.
The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. In the living room there are two sofas, a dining table which can accommodate 24 guests, satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen, three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.

We were a party of twenty-four using all twelve bedrooms. The villa was outstanding in terms of quality, condition, and services. Naples Villas did a great job of answering our many questions and assisted us with making the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary a very special memory. It all started with Alfonso and his team at Naples Villas. And the on-site agent, Carmine, was extremely helpful. The groundman and the housekeeper were outstanding and very helpful in keeping the villa in perfect condition. The location in Massa Lubrense is centrally located between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We did day trips to Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Capri. It was a picture-perfect villa in a pictur-perfect setting. We could not be happier. We had a chance to get to know the owners and made new friends in Southern Italia. If you have a large party for a special occasion, you could not choose a better rental agent than Naples Villas and you could not choose a better villa than Villa Simonetta. We took hundreds of photos but have yet to upload them. But none would ever do this property justice. The views from the villa are fabulous with Capri on the left, Naples in the middle, and Vesuvius on the right. Simply stunning.

We booked this villa for our wedding and a week with all our family.From the moment we booked this villa we have had nothing but fantastic service, always quick to respond and always happy to help. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the villa and it was truly the most magical day and could not have asked for a more beautiful location. We had Carmine look after us from the moment we booked this villa he was amazing and so helpful we planned and booked everything through him.From arranging our transfers to and from the airport, supermarket shops, days out, food, wedding ceremony and reception.The organisation was exceptional and we had a baby in our group which he arranged car seats, cot and anything else we needed to make the stay at the villa comfortable and suitable. The wedding day was outstanding the staff all amazing, we had fresh flowers picked from the gardens on the day to decorate, food was delicious and fresh and all the little attention to detail just blew us away.They also had a cake made for us with only a days notice which was beautiful. We had our family and friends come with us and in total 26 of us stayed at the villa, we all had plenty of room and everyone was so overwhelmed with how beautiful the villa was.The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are amazing you have lots of different areas to sunbathe and it was lovely all eating together on the top terrace.We were a group of all ages and the villa catered for everyone of us.We really can’t put into words how magical our week was in this villa, we highly recommend it and can’t thank the staff, Carmine and Alfonso enough for all their amazing work they do to make this such a wonderful place. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were friendly and so very helpful. The owner was gracious, as was our host Carmine. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the villa again. Our memories are wonderful and we couldn't be more pleased with Naples Villas and Alfonso Massa.

We were a large extended family staying at the Villa and it accommodated us perfectly. We had 10 children aged from 1 to 12 and was offered activities in and around the area to suit our needs. The local accommodation manager was helpful, easily contactable and insightful. The outlook of the property was absolutely stunning, the pool and lounge areas were comfortable and perfectly clean. We would definitely go back and would recommend to large families.

The villa itself is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, all en suite rooms, kitchen facilities etc. Arriving at the villa with our 14 guests was the highlight as you step out on to the terrace or into the front bedroom to be greeted with the most amazing sea view overlooking Capri to the left and Mount Vesuvius visible to the right. As we went at the very beginning of the season the weather was temperamental and unfortunately we only had one day whereby the pool was bearable enough to get into. We would recommend staying end of May/June or July if the aim is for a relaxing family trip. We had plenty to keep us occupied with excursions etc. Naples Villas could arrange anything from car hire (drop off and pick up to and from the villa), excursions to Pompeii, Capri, towns and boat trips and an evening chef. They arranged our guest transfers to and from the airport at short notice. We absolutely loved the villa. The dishwasher unfortunately did not work for the majority of the trip however we did not let this disappoint us as we all mucked in. The villa isn't particularly child friendly. We had an 18 month old with us and enough people to care for him which was a bonus. The banister is just 2 iron bars and wide enough for a child to easily slip through. In order to make the villa that little more appealing maybe the owners could consider changing this? Again this did not detract us from having an amazing time. The outside space was fabulous. There was enough patio areas, terraces and seating to host three times as many guests. The bathrooms were clean and sufficient although the water pressure is poor with so many guests wishing to have a shower in the mornings. The hairdryer didn't work in our en suite however I had brought my own so it was not a problem. The cleaner and maintenance gentleman/gardener were true treasures. One cleaner cleaned the entire villa every morning besides Sunday. She was discreet and very friendly despite speaking no English. We were preparing for my wedding one week following our stay on the Saturday and whilst getting ready she had laid down red carpet and scattered hand picked petals from the garden. What a lovely lovely and very thoughtful lady. We very much enjoyed our stay. You definitely need car hire to appreciate the area as we were not aware of any bus route. Local restaurants offered shuttle services which required payment. Between so many of us this was not an issue. We would highly recommend staying at this villa for the views alone albeit not particularly child friendly. Thank you so much Naples Villas. We very much enjoyed our stay.
"Perfect place for wonderful holiday"
We spent 14 wonderful days at this amazing villa with our kids and granddaughter. First of all, it is great location: secluded, but not to far from beaches and nearby town Sorrento. You still would need a car to get around though. The villa is very new with all the futures you'd need: spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen with all the amenities, the pool, patio and even separate grill/barbeque area and wooden burning avon for pizza parties . And even though we did not spent much time at the villa, it was great to get back and relax watching sunset from the pool area with glass of wine .The property mangers are very nice and helpful. They gave us an advise on places to eat, shop and see. I also have to say that it was priced reasonably for such place.

Villa Simonetta is a very nice place, offers a wonderful view of the Faraglioni and is surrounded by greenery. The food was great and the rooms are clean. It is very easy to reach because it is located on a steep slope and country. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable time at the Villa Simonetta. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Alfonso's help and advice regarding our booking was very good, especially recommending that we were met in the local village in order to lead us to the villa. Finding the villa (even with Sat-nav) would have been difficult. A small sign would be useful! Beautiful area to visit and a good base for visiting the Amalfi coast, Pompeii and Capri.
